Admission Application Documents

Documents Required for Lebanese Students

1. A completed and signed application form.
2. Four passport-size photographs, or six passport-size photographs for kindergarten students.
3. A certified school enrollment certificate.
4. A copy of the student’s academic records for the previous two academic years.
5. A recently issued individual civil status record.
6. A copy of the family civil status record.
7. A medical certificate accompanied by a copy of the student’s health record.

Documents Required for Non-Lebanese Students / Foreign Programme Students

1. A completed and signed application form.
2. Four passport-size photographs, or six passport-size photographs for kindergarten students.
3. A copy of the student’s academic records for the previous two academic years.
4. A copy of the student’s passport.
5. The student’s individual civil registration record.
6. An official certificate confirming completion of the previous academic year, authenticated by the Ministry of Education.
